Raw, cold, sharp with cornichons, piled on our own chips. The bar snack that ate the appetizer course.

The whole thing, citrus beurre blanc, eyes and all. Built for two people who are not in a hurry.
 
Au Poivre Burger $26
Double smash, gruyère, arugula. Linner only, one to four, and it sells out.
 
Olive Oil Cake $14
Peach jam and lavender crème. Somehow both the lightest and the richest thing on the list.

Good afternoon, The welcome Marée has received from Spring Lake and the surrounding community has been incredible. Thank you to everyone who has stopped in, made a reservation, joined the waitlist, sent a note or simply shared a kind word. The response has also been much bigger than we expected this early. We’re opening the doors at Marée this week. This Wednesday, July 22, we’ll open at 5 PM for bar service during Spring Lake Summer Nights. Third Avenue will be closed for the evening, with music, activities and the town gathering downtown for the block party.
